Immigration Attorney Monica Santa-MariaAttorney Mónica Santa María has been practicing immigration law since 2008 with a particular focus on employment-based work from Form I-9/E-Verify counseling to temporary work authorization through popular nonimmigrant options like H-1B and L-1 to permanent residency.  She also supports families and individuals seeking legal options to remain in the United States.  Our firm represents clients interacting with all federal agencies involved in the immigration process from the Department of Labor, to the various components of the Department of Homeland Security, to the immigration components of the Department of Justice.

Mónica, an immigrant herself, was been working in various capacity with the immigrant community long before deciding to attend law school.  She is a prior board member of, and current volunteer attorney with, the Community Immigration Law Center in Madison.  She is a native Spanish speaker and works frequently with the local Latino community.
